Terms and Conditions for DiscoverChat

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DiscoverChat application (“App”), including any updates, features, and services offered by DiscoverChat. By accessing or using our App, available at www.discoverchat.ai and on the various app stores , you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the DiscoverChat App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

DiscoverChat is an application designed for entertainment purposes, allowing users to interact with various GenAI engines. The App provides:

• Free Requests: A limited number of complimentary requests to any available GenAI engine.
• Subscription Options: After exhausting your free requests, you may subscribe to receive either a fixed package of 20 requests or an unlimited request plan.

3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

• Fun and Entertainment: The DiscoverChat App is intended solely for fun and entertainment.
• No Professional Use: The App and its outputs are not designed for professional, commercial, or decision-making purposes. Users should not rely on the information provided by the App for professional advice or services.
• No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Users must not upload, share, or otherwise input any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) through the App.
• Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the App for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, attempts to reverse-engineer the system, exploit vulnerabilities, or disrupt the services provided by DiscoverChat.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Free Requests: Upon registration, users are provided with a predetermined number of free requests to interact with GenAI engines.
• Subscription Options:
  • 20 Requests Package: Users may subscribe to a package allowing 20 GenAI requests per billing period.
  • Unlimited Requests Package: Users may subscribe to a package offering unlimited GenAI requests during the billing period.
• Billing and Cancellation: Subscription fees will be charged automatically according to the plan selected. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• Modifications: DiscoverChat reserves the right to modify subscription packages, pricing, or billing procedures with prior notice to users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights in the DiscoverChat App are owned by or licensed to DiscoverChat. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property rights of DiscoverChat or any third party.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• For Entertainment Purposes Only: The DiscoverChat App is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes only. DiscoverChat does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any output generated by the GenAI engines.
• No Professional Advice: The content provided by the App is not intended to substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). Users should consult a qualified professional for any decisions requiring expert advice.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiscoverChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your information. We advise against uploading any PII as the App is not intended for handling sensitive personal data.

8. Changes to Terms

DiscoverChat reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the App or through the contact email provided. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

DiscoverChat may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the interests of DiscoverChat or its users.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DiscoverChat regarding your use of the App.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Failure by DiscoverChat to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
